Overgrown lots cleared for building, fencing, pasture or a fresh start, with trees removed, brush chipped and stumps ground.
An overgrown lot hides everything: boundaries, slope, drainage and the trees worth keeping. Clearing it is the first step for a new home, a pole barn, a pasture or just a property you want to use again. It is also a job that goes wrong when no one plans which trees stay.
We walk the lot with you, mark trees to keep, and decide what to remove, chip, grind or haul. A Certified Arborist helps pick the trees worth protecting, because the right tree in the right spot adds value and shade for decades. Then the crew clears the rest with a plan for access, debris and ground restoration.
Healthy trees of good form near the house site or the property line are assets. We mark them, protect their roots during the work and plan around them. We remove trees that are dead, hazardous, in the way of the build or crowding better specimens.
Brush is chipped on site where possible. Stumps are ground or removed depending on the plan. Logs are cut to length and hauled or stacked, and we can spread chips as ground cover or take them away.
Builders, fence crews and excavators need a clear site with stable ground. We coordinate timing, leave stumps ground below grade where needed and tell you what the ground looks like when we finish, including erosion and drainage concerns.
Removing trees and brush can change how water moves on a lot. We note slopes and drainage patterns, leave stumps and roots in place where they hold soil, and suggest seeding or silt fencing so the lot does not wash out after the first heavy rain.
